Compal ESG
This sustainability platform needed multilingual support, multiple sections, downloadable reports and search: all backend-driven features. So the work started with planning that architecture, not the visuals. The client's in-house team owned the design and handed off files that weren't build-ready. I sat between design and engineering defining how the features, flows and build would actually work — and owned everything required to turn those files into a live product.
- Interpreted the handoff and planned the build.
I examined the client's design files, flagged early what was missing, unbuildable, or too costly, and offered alternatives, then turned their intent into a build-ready spec — including the backend architecture. - Held the quality bar.
I QA'd the whole build: responsive breakpoints, spacing, interactive states, empty/overflow edge cases — and wrote frontend code myself where the build fell short.
