Simple Kaffa

A global e-commerce store for a specialty coffee brand. The build started from wireframes to align the project's scope, flow, features, and information architecture, then moved through UX/UI and service design into a working storefront.

Product shipping needed customized weight calculations, multiple shipping methods, and various countries — all driven by configuration settings.
The site had to run English and Mandarin simultaneously (dual language at the same time).
